Entrepreneursity came to me with a bold vision: to revolutionise entrepreneurial training by creating a Certification Academy that would give entrepreneurs the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive. They already had an incredible training hub but needed more than just a course - they needed something that would transform the education space for people who wanted to create a new business. The Certification Academy would embed excellence into the heart of their programmes while meeting rigorous Awarding Body standards.
Their ambition was clear, but the path wasn’t straight forward so that’s where Kinbee came in:
• How could we co-design a set of accredited programmes that balanced their vision with practicality?
• How could we make it both rigorous but also accessible to their entrepreneurial students?
• And how could we ensure it was recognised as a benchmark for excellence in their space?
What We Did
With over 25 years of experience building impactful and effective training we knew that this wasn’t just about building a course; it was about laying the foundation for a movement - one that would empower the Entrepreneursity students to step into their full potential and build businesses that creates a ripple effect.
1. Identifying Needs:
We began by exploring the challenges and opportunities. Entrepreneursity’s goal was to create accredited programmes that weren’t just about ticking boxes but delivering transformational outcomes for its students.
• What skills, tools, and mindsets did students need to succeed in an entrepreneurial landscape?
• What were the barriers preventing existing training programmes from creating real impact?
• What experts were available to deliver the different subject curriculums?
Through discovery calls and deeper conversations with the full team, we uncovered a clear vision for several different programmes that focused on practical solutions that met the commercial needs as well as the needs of the business.
2. Develop Solutions:
We co-created several curriculums that blended real expertise with empowerment, ensuring both depth and accessibility.
• Real-life application: Programmes were built into easy to consume modules that shared knowledge but also skills and tools to address challenges entrepreneurs face daily. Using credible business owners to deliver the programmes they were able to offer actionable insights that students could implement immediately.
• Engaging and transformational: Each programme was created with the aim to inspire the students to think bigger, act braver, and take transformational action.
• Empowering delivery: The Entrepreneursity expert team weren’t just handed materials; they were equipped with the confidence to own their own curriculum and lead transformational learning experiences. Our team at Kinbee ensured that each module meant the learning and development best practice.
